Refund Policy

At Ryplon Elevators, we are committed to providing high-quality elevator solutions and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Custom Orders

Most of our elevators and lifting solutions are custom-manufactured to specific measurements and requirements of the client's site. Therefore, orders once placed and processed for manufacturing cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Advance Payments

Any advance payments made for booking a custom elevator order are considered non-refundable once the procurement of materials or manufacturing process has begun.

If any component supplied by us is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, we will replace or repair the part free of cost as per our Warranty Policy. This does not constitute a ground for a full refund of the entire system.
